Plans for Benidorm's long-awaited first major shopping center have finally been unveiled. The project, undertaken by Unibail-Rodamco, will boast an impressive 58,000 square meters of retail space. If you have ever visited La Cala beach in Finestrat near Benidorm you will have seen that there is a huge building still in scaffolding just in front of the beach.
