There are plans for yet another new sky-rising building in Benidorm. This time on the site where the iconic Gran Hotel Delfín used to stand, which opened in 1963 and was for many years one of Benidorm's most famous hotels. Benidorm will soon have an iconic new building, with the arrival of the 158-meter-high 'Gran Delfín', a luxury hotel and apartment complex.
All 100 apartments in the Gran Delfín building will have breathtaking sea views. This is made possible by the smart design, which uses floor-to-ceiling windows to make the most of the views. The skyscraper will once again become an icon on the Benidorm skyline.

Part of the immense building will be furnished as a hotel, with wellness facilities such as a sauna, spa, and yoga rooms. There will also be facilities such as restaurants, gardens, and swimming pools.
The residents of the apartments have a separate lobby, terraces, swimming pool, and private enclosed areas. In this way, they combine the comfort of a hotel with the privacy of their own home. Ideal for both permanent living and holiday rentals.
