The Tourism Association LGBT Benidorm, the organization behind the Benidorm Pride Festival has awarded the "LGBT Tolerance Award 2021" to Pepe Varela from the Incognito Grupo Emprearial Hotelero for the enormous work he did and still does for the seniors of the city. The Benidorm Pride organizers have honored him with a charter and added that we should never forget that many of the gay rights and freedoms that are normal and accepted today are thanks to people like Pepe Varela and their struggle to achieve those rights.

Congratulations Pepe and keep up the good work! The charter was handed over on Saturday, September 4 at the Julio Iglesias Auditorium during the 10th Benidorm Pride Festival.
